Owly

I made this cute little Owl softie for a friend's gorgeous little boy
She knitted a gorgeous "Oriental Lily" dress for Laila out of some wool I had dyed.
I hope he likes it :)

Back showing his tail feathers :)
Awwwwwwwwww!!!!!!

More soaping

Got some goatsmilk melt & pour base to make some more soaps seeing as we gave away all the first batch we made!
Love these Celtic Bars :)
Two-tone with soap curls

Embedded Batman. James was quite a bit alarmed at this at first LOL!
He had dug him out by the third shower day though Pmsl!

Some assorted flowers with soap curls and purple Mica

There is so muc more you can do with soap but I'm not that creative yet. Haven't got the money to buy any more base for the moment but will sometime :)
Lots of fun!

More woolly-ness and jewellery

150 g Skein I dyed recently
Can't decide whether to call it "Watermelon" or "Toffee Apple"
Not sure what I'm going to knit yet.
I want to try a Tikki Rainbow dress but I doubt I'm that clever ;)

This was a Swarovski Crystal bracelet and earrings set I made for an auction to raise money for a special little girl.
RIP sweet Jessie

Overdue post - Dishcloths and Mama Pads

It has been so long since I updated!
Had a few things in the pipeline ;)
First off some knitted dishcloths I made for Tanja as a swap. I scored a gorgeous purple Twinkly Lily nappy.

Really need to knit some more for us too!
Secondly I took part in the Cloth Pad Swap recently and made these up for my two swappees. I haven't heard but I really hope they liked them.
Another thing I want to make more of when I get some time :)

Purple one is cotton topped; Pink one flannel topped
Purple has no PUL layer (as requested); Pink has hidden PUL layer.
Both have full layer flannel and 2-3 layer bamboo fleece soaker.
Both cotton backed :)
Really happy with how they turned out.
